As thought 💭 by yours truly 😊 Some Sunday motivation as we near end of the year and we start our reflection and outlook periodes. And start asking ourselves the famous questions: What have done, what didn't we do, what goals have we set, what should we do better? All valid questions, but do they really help you? Most of us have ideas, dreams and goals. but what do you do when you don't reach them? Easy is easy but...but what if it get hard?
The bad days matter more than the good days! How to show up! Positive mind set is! Rethinking and reframing and taking down actionables will move you forward.
Taking one year and reflecting is good but I would say the best advice is consistency over Time! Show up, always. In that regard I took the time to write done my rules for live a couple of years back and also publish them on my linkedin. The things I find important and I feel I should be reminded of daily, of taking action. These are not virtues but reminders to everyday do and be a little bit better. Don't write them down passively but proactively.
My rules for my life, I encourage everyone to think about theirs;
Show up always, be committed to excellence everyday, act in kindness of everyone, serve the world not just yourself, commit to live life to the fullest, find laughter, share tears, love with your whole heart, be yourself 100%, respect others, commit to a life of learning, stay curious, seek adventures, when you fall down get up, read, play, build don't destroy, drive positivity and always keep dreaming!
If you need some inspiration to get started building yours here are some of my thoughts, not in a particular order!
